Order Processing & Dispatch

• Standard Non-Perishable Orders: We pick, pack, and hand off these orders to the carrier within 1–2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays).
• Order Cut-Off Time: Orders submitted by 2:00 PM EST on a business day (Monday through Friday) are handled the same day whenever our workflow allows. Orders placed after 2:00 PM EST, or on a weekend, are processed on the next business day.
• Perishable Goods Handling: Items that require temperature control are sealed with cold-chain insulation and shipped only Monday through Thursday, so they are never left sitting in a transit hub over the weekend.

Order Modifications & Address Changes
